We provide overnight shipping for orders placed before 3:00 PM on business days.

• Cutoff Time: Orders placed before 3:00 PM will be processed and shipped the same day.

• Delivery Time: Orders are typically delivered by the next business day.

• Service Area: Available in major cities and towns. Delivery times may vary in outlying or rural areas.

• Shipping Costs: Calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

• Tracking: You will receive tracking details via email or SMS once your order is dispatched.

Note: Orders placed after 3:00 PM, on weekends, or on public holidays will be processed the next business day.

2. Collection Policy

Collection at Nearest Sabat Xpress Shop

You may choose to collect your order from your nearest Sabat Xpress Shop at no extra cost.

• Processing Time: Orders placed before 3:00 PM are usually ready for collection within 24 hours.

• Pickup Notification: We will notify you via SMS or email when your order is ready.

• What You Need: Bring your order confirmation and a valid ID to collect your battery.

• Reminder: Orders must be collected within 7 days of notification. Uncollected orders may be cancelled and refunded.

3. Exceptions & Notices

• We currently do not ship internationally or to PO boxes.

• Shipping times may be affected by external factors such as public holidays, extreme weather, or courier delays. We will notify you of any significant delays.
