  • Batteries that have been installed, used, or damaged after purchase

  • Products marked as final sale or non-returnable at the time of purchase

  • Items returned after the 7-day window

3. Refunds

If your return is approved:

  • A refund will be issued to your original method of payment

  • Refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected

  • Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped or product defect)
